2. Orders

• Order Confirmation: Orders placed online are subject to acceptance and availability. After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email. This does not confirm acceptance, as further processing may be required.
• Changes to Orders: Any requested changes must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement. Changes are subject to additional fees or time extensions.
• Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may incur fees depending on production status.

3. Production and Delivery

• Production Timeline: Furniture production typically requires approximately 4-8 weeks, not including public holidays.
• Delivery Scheduling: Delivery times will be coordinated with you once production is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable for the scheduled delivery, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

4. Installation Services

• Scheduling: Installation must be scheduled after production is complete. Installation dates are subject to availability and may require advance reservation.
• Site Preparation: You are responsible for preparing the installation area, including moving any items or furnishings that may obstruct our team. Additional charges may apply if we need to adjust the space.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment Options: We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, Payments must be completed before delivery.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to non-payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Standard Orders: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard items. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of returned item receipt, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.

7. Product Warranty

Our furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
