Thank you for choosing Decorum Furniture & Decoration, where we take pride in the quality of our furniture. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth process.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • The furniture must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
    • Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-refundable, unless it arrives damaged or defective.
    • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
  2. Conditions for Returns
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
    • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
    • All returns are subject to a thorough inspection by our team to ensure they meet the refund eligibility.

    • Clearance and sale items
    • Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or altered from its original condition
  4. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
  5. Shipping Costs
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the furniture was damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • For large items requiring freight shipping, please contact us for special return shipping arrangements.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
    • We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
  7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges must be paid by the recipient and are non-refundable.
